I began my career teaching yoga over 10 years ago.
My fascination with yoga and movement in the body led me to training in mindfulness and mindful movement.
Throughout the years of learning, training, and teaching the most important aspect of my training was to learn to be compassionate to yourself.
We are often our own worst critic, but self-compassion can be our best friend and ally.
In my class you will experience the gift of mindfulness and open to the present moment by building your awareness through the wonder of your body and breath. Connecting the mind and body helps to bring equanimity.
