My main motivation for practising yoga has always been to manage my mental health. This is why calming your mind is significant for me, when I do yoga classes.

Yin Yoga with sound healing.

I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 16 – over 20 years of exploring the body, breath, and spirit through movement and stillness. For the past 5 years, I’ve been running my own studio in Dunleer, where I guide yoga, sound healing, and breathwork sessions.
My journey with the body began long before yoga. I’ve spent many years in the world of sports, teaching children acrobatic and competitive gymnastics and preparing them for tournaments. Movement, discipline, and connection have always been part of my life. I love working with both adults and children, creating safe and empowering spaces for growth and transformation.
I also work with people with disabilities, offering supportive practices in schools and in my studio. My work extends to retreats – including women’s and men’s retreats – as well as cacao ceremonies and nervous system healing.
This is not just my work – it’s my passion. I truly love witnessing the transformation that happens in people after yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and retreats. I believe there is nothing wrong with us. I believe that the power, the healing, and the medicine we seek already live within us.
My approach is holistic and intuitive. I help people release trauma, restore balance, and reconnect with their inner wisdom through energetic work, movement, and breath. I support the nervous system, lymphatic system, and the entire body on every level – physical, emotional, and energetic.
