Alan is passionate about sharing the many health benefits that are contained within the varying Traditions that make up the Holistic Arts from around the World.
In this Workshop he will share a Five Element Flow Qigong Form and a Tai Chi Form.
The Five Element Flow is Inspired by the yearly cycle and Alan will share knowledge of how the Form relates to Chinese Medicine.
The Tai Chi Form contains elements from both the Martial Arts & Health Preservation.
In Class we will learn a Short Warm-up, Practice of Both Forms and finish listening to a Tao Inspiration Meditation
